 When you sign up for a vacation spot in the middle of nowhere that's borderline impossible to get to, you're at the mercy of the resort for activities.  Fortunately, this place had quite a few options including a wine tour and tasting.  
  Narbona  has a private wine tour, tasting, and restaurant option.  As one of the only things to do in Carmelo, I strongly recommend doing all of it.
